The repair job was perfect. The paint in the repaired area was matched perfectly. Countach fixed my Audi A5 with rear side impact collision. Countach accepted and had no problems working with Geico insurance. I simply dropped off my car and got it back about a month later. Countach took the time to do the repair right and it shows. It's hard to find good service providers in Miami. Countach was great, my car was brand new and I was very disappointed when it got hit. I hadn't even made the first payment and my quarter panel was crushed. Asked around and got referred to Countach and their work was great. No blemishes or dirt in the paint, color match is great, all the interior trim reinstalled with car and everything works like it did from the factory. They run a tight shop there I hope I don't need their services again (no body likes collisions) but if should need to I know where I'm going.

Ismael and Danny were a pleasure to work with. Being from the Keys, I'm weary of those providing auto services, as I'm not familiar with the area and reputation of the service provider. But Countach was recommended to me by a major auto center in the area and I was satisfied with the work and the communication. I did find some minor items they missed after receiving my Panamera back, but I made one call to Ismael, took the car back, and had the issues fixed on the same day...no questions asked. It's a tough industry. Everyone is short on parts and labor, so perfection is a lofty expectation, but I have no reservations about recommending these guys for those seeking a trusted and professional body shop.
